The accounting office uses the address "suite G". The sales office does not use a suite number, just 1806 Welsh Avenue. Monograms & More occupy the entire building.

This cemetery is meticulously well maintained. The landscaping is outstanding and the building structures are architecturally beautiful. There was a significant amount of attention given to Texas A&M tradition and reverence to the memory of Aggies that have passed.

College Station P&Z approved the revised layout (and plat) on 12/20/2012. Lakeridge has traded/sold a portion of it's land to the owner of the property on the southwest side. The property exchange will enable the owner to build a new Exxon gas station and a convenience store.

This store represents a cross-section of College Station. It has somewhat of an upper-scale edge but nothing terribly fancy, a decent selection of international foods.

The statute shown in the second picture is of J.V. "Pinky" Wilson and stands on the southwest side of the building. Pinky wrote the Aggie War Hymn while standing guard on the Rhine River sometime after the end of WWI.
