Reviews on MyBCS and Yelp! (of this location) are mediocre at best.

Their actual (legal) name is The Heights at College Station but the monument sign out front has it the other way.

  • Chemistry Building, TLU2008 wrote 13 years ago:
For reference: the building at Spence & Ross is the '86 wing. Connected to it is the '72 wing. The '59 wing has the white roof, the '39 wing is the one that faces the plaza, and the '28 wing is the one facing Ross Street (next to the '86 wing).

This place is great! I drove up, asked for an inspection, then pulled out my book. By the time I finished the first page, they were done and I was ready to pay and leave.

kinda redundant since there's still a stoplight there (for pedestrian/bike use) AND they closed off College Main at night for the revelers anyway

This community is located directly adjacent to the railroad tracks and just before the intersection with Holleman, meaning the train will be blowing it's horn when it is right next to those apartments. Sleeping could be a challenge.
  • The Reserve at College Station, Extram wrote 13 years ago:
It would be a good idea to read the Google reviews of this place. They have a tendency to "fine" the residents frequently.
